Storm, wind, hail, flood, or fallen-tree damage.

The natural behavior of wood — checking, splitting, minor warping, and the gray patina cedar develops over time.

Ground movement from drought or the expansive clay soils common across North Texas.

Modifications, attachments, or repairs made by anyone else.

Damage from neglect, including failure to stain or seal on a reasonable schedule.

 Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we'll help you file those claims.

How To File A Claim

Call 972-349-1444 or email info@woodwondersfence.com with your name, service address, roughly when we installed the fence, and a few photos of the problem. We'll schedule an inspection — usually within a few business days — and repair anything covered at no cost to you.

Transferring Your Warranty

Coverage transfers one time to a new homeowner within the first 5 years of installation. The new owner just needs to contact us with the property address.
